PRESENTATION OF COURSES

The Accademia Chitarristica ‘Giulio Regondi’, an academy dedicated to the study of the guitar, was formed in 2001 by Andrea Dieci and Bruno Giuffredi, concert guitarists and instructors on an international level. Their aim in the field of guitar instruction is to enhance the individual artistic and professional qualities of the guitarist.

Courses are open to musicians of any nationality, who can take it as active participants, or as auditors. There are no age limits. Students who are beyond the phase of approach to the instrument, and hence have already attained an adequate basic technical level, can take the courses. Students must take lessons with both instructors. Apart from music lessons, there is a course of music analysis.

The standard annual course takes place every two weeks on 14 Sundays from October 2008 to June 2009, starting from Sunday 26 October 2008.
A lesson with each instructor is planned for each meeting.

Applications must reach the secretary’s office by 15 October 2008.
The secretary will then schedule dates and timetables.

The Academy will promote complementary activities: concerts, conferences, Meeting with the makers.
